Digital products
Digital items are delivered by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. No shipping is required and no shipping charges apply.
If your download link hasn't arrived within [1 hour], check your spam folder first, then contact us at DigitalEdgeMedia@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Physical products
Our items are printed to order, so every order has a production time before it ships.

These are business days and don't include weekends or holidays. Estimates begin when your order is placed, not when it ships.
Order confirmation and tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your item ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after it's generated.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size. Free shipping on orders over $35
Where we ship
We only ship to the United States
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We aren't able to change it once production begins. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can push delivery past our estimates. Once a package is with the carrier, it's outside our control, but contact us and we'll help track it down.
