1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Digital Edge Media ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colors and finishes may vary between screens and printed output. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may cancel or decline any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Digital products — license and use

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the file or download link, or claim it as your own work.

Commercial use is only permitted. If permitted, state the limits — e.g. use in your own projects and client work, but not resale as a standalone file or as part of a competing product bundle.

We retain ownership of all digital products we sell. Buying one does not transfer copyright.

6. Site content

Our store name, logo, product images, and written content belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's intellectual property, transmit malicious code, scrape or bulk-download our content, or interfere with the site's operation.

8. Fulfillment

Physical items are produced and shipped by third-party print providers. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and shipping times may vary with carrier delays or customs.

9. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimer

This site and everything on it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
